I wrote complaint in December 2013 regarding poor service and lack of assistance from Cell C re my tablet which was supposed to be collected and replaced in November 2013. Was contacted by a member from Cell C after lodging my first complaint and promised that the tablet would be collected and replaced. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. It is now 14/1/2014 I still have a tablet that I am being charged for and not able to use, and no response from Cell C even after e-mailing 4 times and trying to call the number at the bottom of e-mail (number does not exist) I am to upgrade my contract in February (been a Cell C client for 17 yrs - thinking about changing now, esp if this is the after care service they provide)
