I very disappointed in the manner which such a big company, as this one handles their customers, poor customer service, terrible telephone skills, lack of knowledge of the product there offer. today I received a sms saying my line will be blocked as I have not paid, yet the debit order only runs on the 26th of each month after pay day, every month I therefor have to call in to find out why my line has been blocked. You get the same answer every time, the systems are down or we will follow up and get the agent handling your account to call you back. no -one ever calls. In December my account was debit twice and no-one could help me with that, you cant even speak to a team leader to assist . your call will be placed on hold for a long time, with no -one giving you feedback, you end up hanging up. I strongly advised that the company gets their agents training on product knowledge, telephone skill and customer service skills, it does not mean that since you cant see the person on the other side, you can talk to them as you please, with no manners or respect what so ever.. Disappointed!!!
