I've never felt more disappointed or from in a service provide like I've experienced with Vodacom!
The lack of respect for a customer surprised and disappointed me. I had renewed my sons contract with many individuals that had a lack/zero product knowledge on how to sell or market a product. The journey thus far regarding this new contract has required me to make several calls to rectify issues on the contract to no avail.(Mr L Snyman was the only competent service agent, after speaking to many rude agents at VODACOM)
The "Vodacom Customer Contact Centre" is by far the most PAINFULL experience I've had in a long time... basic info and requirements cannot be filled.
I've been incorrectly billed and charged for services that I have not received (mislead, cheated and from). Turnaround time to resolve or get back to a customer 14days!!!
Is this how Vodacom starts a relationship with a customer that will last 24months!?
