UNAUTHORISED DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT

I hereby this report because I'm angry and disgusted by so called Mobi Moola - Cash Loan company in JHB. This company had been debiting my account for quite number of times helping themselves yet I don't have any account with them or any relationships or whatsoever. I have called them for I don't know how many time I get told I need to fax a letter for cancellation I did that and even sent numerous an e-mail to them they said once that is done somebody will call me back and trust me they never call back" that's their tactic too calm you down, after I sent these letter and the debit reference number it showed Loan 123 I think they have opened a loan on my behalf unknowingly maybe I'm sitting with 250 000.00 Debt under m name with Credit beroux. I have been writing to them saying I'm taking legal steps but never come back to me.
Well I do have their company reg number, contact details, address and I will file this incident with Credit Ombudsman for South Africa one way or the othe
