Just when I thought service delivery protest & EToll were the worst but Nedbank with its bad customer service takes the 1st price. I called in on the 23 Nov and spoke 2 Wesley, who placed me on hold and transferred me without my permission, then spoke to Thato Mokgale who said her team leader is Geneveve Paulsie that agent was so rude and denied me the right to speak to a supervisor. I've never come across rude behaviour for a moment I thought I called the government department, the spoke to Bongani Khowani who said was a team leader and promised to transfer R1200back into my bank account after a double debit. all the agents that I spoke to were very rude and don't have soft skills & telephone etiquettes. I want someone to call me and I also want an apology from Wesley & Thato Mokgale. the calls are recorded I want this matter to be resolved immediately. I know I was at fault for defaulting on my account I don't deserve to be treated like $#@! Bongani promised that the money will be transferred back into my bank account on the 25-11-2013. I can offer my services for free to your call centre agents because the lack softskills.
