Vodacom's special of computer plus wi-fi is a joke

Over a week ago I handed back the second laptop I had received from Vodacom and requested that they cancel my contract. I was told I would hear from them in 24 to 48 hours. A week later I am still getting weak excuses from Simon as to why thius has not happened. I have had two laptops from Acer via Vodacom's stupid special. The one collapsed after two days - just froze and wouild not work. The other took two weeks to reach the same state. A techie tells me that this is a sign the hard drive is dying. That the computers just freeze and cease to work. Not even a techie can get into these machines and do anything with them. They are not good machines. I do not want the contract. Vodacom is in breach of the contract by supplying two machines that did not work. And in the meantime I cannot work - I work at home on a laptop - hah haha because I have a contract with vodacom and vodacom is just a useless piece of trash. I do not want to talk to anyone I do not want to negotiate. I want out of a two year contract for a useless piece of trash of an Acer computer and I want out now. Vodacom and their contracts and shittier service. Vodacom
