ACER AND VODACOM NO RESPONSE HELLO PETER OF 3 16/7

RContract 2011 VODACOM MY MEG500 received ACER laptop and 3G modum - faulty 3G - laptop screen trips and pc heats up, cd makes noise, been in and out of service for more than 7 months in total, check service records, received back without programs, still heats up, screen still trips.i am forced to honour the contract although no pc for more than 7 months, no megs to use, no working 3G, i expect VODACOM to cancel my contract effective immediately, backup ALL my data on the laptop for me to collect from them, return the ACER pc to ACER and refund ALL monies paid to date PLUS interest. NOT interested in replacements. Disillusioned and disappointed and NOT interested in more excuses. I refused to accept the STILL BROKEN laptop on the 30th of June 2013, it is in store with Craig. I expect Proof of Payment to be emailed to me together with the written cancellation of this contract within 48 hours.
