Currently on a talk 350 package which is due for an upgrade. just been informed that I will loose 1001min anytime 50 weekend minutes because I am changing packages. this is day light on Vodacoms side as I have paid for this minutes and expect they are still eligible to me even if I am upgrading my contract. I do not see why I must loose minutes which I have paid for. Please advise? as your call centre staff were not very helpful, did not display any etiquette with the call and no profressionalism. 13yrs a vodacom customer.. and it seems vodacom dont care to from customers
