Sim Swap Chaos caused by Cell C

I am at my wits end. Two weeks ago Cell C were asked to do a sim swap on one of my contract numbers, because the new phone, a Nokia Lumia, uses a micro sim. I was asked to provide a contact number which I did, this was my personal number, and different to that of the sim swap number. They swapped MY number to the mini sim, and in effect, rendered two numbers useless. Since then I have had nothing but empty promises of call backs, escalation of the issue, new sims to be couriered which never arrived. And I am expected to just keep on wasting my time, trying to get help and continue paying. More than 10 years, and eight contracts later, and this is what you get for loyalty to a particular brand. Any suggestions? I have tried phoning and talking nicely, shouting, writing on their fb page, played the waiting game. NADA
