I received a sms to say that I am in arrears with my account. and that the service will be suspended.
Please note that my account is paid in full, according to all the invoices received, and the last debit order went through on 27-12-2013. Due to an error/mistake made by Telkom Mobile/8ta accounts department they now want immediate additional payment. (cannot do as payment goes by debit order) Please rectify your mistake and do not suspend my account! I do not want to "pay" for your mistake! The telephone number supllied is not answered (0800 660 536), I have tried this numerous times. Is this just ignored? Do you not want to help your clients? Refno 4524680005004055030
I want you to rectify the account and that it goes through with the next debitorder.
