Its me again... on January 7 I received a call from Siphamandla regarding the above and on conlcusion he promised to get me my confirmation on the terms and conditions of my contract when it was renewed on the 23 September as he claimed that the consultant might have forgotten to tell or inform me about. I am still also waiting for my YES that he claim i ticked when directed while I was trying to connect and could not get connection and end up being billed through wifi..

On the very same day i got the same promises from Vanessa for s copy of my contract in which all the terms and conditions are spread out and i have signed for. All i need is just that copy and we will part friends.

I believe all your calls are recorded and this will not be my word against yall so I would suggest before anyone attempt to again call me back... to listen to all the conversations we had and then call me as I hate repaeting myself. If by any chance, the recordings are lost, pls let me know then this process will commence from stage one.
