Cell C's technicians damaged my iPhone

I had an iPhone 5 through CELL C for 2 weeks when the camera stopped working. The pmb branch booked in the phone 3 Dec. 2 weeks later the phone was returned allegedly repaired, but HAD A DENT on the back panel that was NOT THERE BEFORE SENDING IT IN.We immediately rebooked the phone and demanded a replacement. It then took them over 3 weeks to make a decision. They then sent the same phone back with ADDITIONAL SCRATCHES THAT WERE NOT THERE BEFORE and claimed they COULD NOT SEE THE DAMAGE on the phone!!! The phone was booked in for a THIRD time. It has taken almost 2 months, and numerous phone calls from me where I was treated very dismissively for them to reluctantly agree to replace the phone when they get stock. They have iPhone 5Cs and Ss in stock however. In these 2 months without my handset, CELL C I have been charged for my contract. I have barely used my loan handset as it it barely worked. I have been told that I cannot cancel my contract or get an upgraded model for the inconvenience. This is disgusting and quite frankly criminal treatment by CELL C, as if a handset is sent in three times, the customer is allowed to cancel their contract at no penalty.
