Bad Customer Service regarding faulty handset

I send an email to Vodacom regarding my faulty phone, in less than 7 months it has been sent in for repairs 3 times 2 of the times it was send to the advance repair centre.

The last time I took my phone in was the 19th of December 2013... I still have not received the phone back, the last time I was contacted by the repair centre was a week ago saying that it has been dispatched back to the Tygervalley branch... and still nothing...

I send an email on the 9th of January 2014 saying that I find it unacceptable that the phone is giving so much problems and that I would like to be issue a new handset, because according to the consumer protection act, I am entitle to a new phone. I have givin them more than enough chances to fix the handset. I received an email saying that my email has been received and I will get feedback within 24 Hours... well today is the 14th of January and still nothing!!

In the meantime I am without my phone, had to borrow and old phone from a friend, this is not the kind of service I was expecting!!!
