Wrong Sim Swap-Seems small but it is not

I received my new phone that was for an upgrade on Friday 25-10-2013. I phoned 084145 and requested a Sim swap. The person that did the sim swap was Faith. She said that this will take 24 hours to go through. On Saturday when i switched my new phone on i realised that she did the sim swap on another persons number. The number is not even close to my number. I was told on Monday (closed on weekends) that a new sim will be delivered in order to rectify the situation. I called back many times but i could not get an answer as to when i would receive my new sim. To Mr X, whose number they made a mistake, i sympasise with you because you are also inconvenienced in this matter. Cell C never seem to realise how big this mistake is. Mr X has in contact banking and i was now receiving the messages stating his balance. I also received other personal messages of his. What is strange is that i brought this to their attention and it is now been a week since this mistake and this number is still open. I could have, but i did not, used his airtime without him having any idea of whats happening.
