Cell C service is shocking & billing is inaccurate

In late Oct 12 a call centre agent called me, to offer me a Cell C 2G data contract @R99 per month as a FNB ipad client. I took up the offer.By December 2012 I had not heard from cell c re: delivery etc & called back only to find out that my application was not captured. During this 2nd call my application was captured & within 3 days I was delivered an INCORRECT sim card. Offering an ipad client a data contract one sould know ipad requires micro-sim. 3 days after the initial delivery a micro sim was delivered to me. On Wed 12 Dec I called to activate my sim. I was told the process would take up to 48 hours to action.By 27 Dec my sim was still not activated and I emailed [Email Removed] - no response (as at 4 Feb 13). On 4 Jan 13 I went to the cell c Westgate store & they assisted me by FINALLY activating the sim card. I started using the sim card on 4 Jan 13. At end Jan I received an invoice for R162.86. I called to query this on 4 Feb since my contract was for R99. I was then told by agent Noktula that i was being charged for 2 months (since Dec 12 when sim was delivered) I demanded to speak to a manager but after holding for 26 min manager still did not return
