I've been a loyal until recently when I got the shock of my life. I was always on TopUp until I upgraded to Contract and the bill was so ridiculous standing at R2980.00 in just few days of usage. Is Vodacom trying to generate more revenue out of its loyal customers? I regret the day I upgraded to Contract as now the bill is way high and is going to take me forever to settle and will no longer require its (Vodacom) service theafter.
