DSLAM Congestion in La Lucia

Hi there,

Firstly there is terrible DSLAM congestion in the 031 562 area.
This is especially bad in the weekday evenings/weekends and public holidays.
But especially weekday evenings, latency and maximum throughput deteriorates badly.

The equipment needs to be upgraded urgently. Also the maximum speed is only 4mbps. This area needs a minimum of 10mbps but ideally the 20mbps VDSL.

Please address this urgently as this area needs high speed internet and the congestion is extremely bad at times.
