Hi

I would like to report possible exchange congestion in the Newlands area, Cape Town. I am on a 4 Mbps line and every day between 8 a.m and 10 p.m my Internet slows down so much that I can barely do normal browsing. It's NOT the ISP as I have tried numerous of them and I get the same results with all. I feel that my money is being wasted as I am not getting 4 Mbps speeds even half of the time. My router only syncs at 4 Mbps (d.gmt) which suggests that the DSLAM/Exchange has not been upgraded yet or there is a fault somewhere.

Can a technician be sent out to at least just look at the exchange to see if there is a problem?

I have also logged a fault with reference number 129CWK140413.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
