Good Day
This is out of pure frustration and the last option that I write to you. This problem is going on for such a long time now, I just cannot take it any more.
I am currently with WebAfrica (complete) They tried everything possible. In the past there were numerous disconnection issues, then round about 21 March 2012 the connection started getting really slow, I logged fault reports with Web Africa and they did their best to try and resolve it. Again on 02 November 2012 Web Africa logged a fault with Telkom. On 16 November 2012 I reported again to WebAfrica to find out if they heard anything from Telkom yet. On 26 November 2012 I logged a fault, again! This time I heard that there were congestion on the exchange. WebAfrica then logged a fault with Telkom on 27 November 2012 and on 12 December 2012. On 13 February 2013 WebAfrica let me know what Telkom's response were, "A network fault related to congestion can take a considerable time to restore. At this point - this DSLAM is still in the planning stages and no ETR is available."
Now I ask you, Is this exeptable? I even bought a new router! What else is there to do, or can it be because my adsl line rental is with WebAfrica?
