I booked my blackberry in for repairs on 16 December 2013. 2 weeks later I called to follow up and I was told that due to the festive season there's been a delay with repairs and at that stage no one could tell me what was wrong with the phone. A week later, I called again to follow up and was told that the phone had water damage and was quoted R1700 to have it repaired. I rejected the quote. Today, its almost a month since I booked my phone and still have not received it back. No one could give me an indication of how long its going to take. Surely someone should know the dispatch/courier dates. There was no communication given through by Vodacom/Cellucity. I had to do all the follow ups. No one even quoted me until I called.
