I was without a phone the entire festive season from the 14 Dec until today 17 Jan 2013. from kuruman to johannesburg to Cape Town, I went to every VODACOM Repair Centre, but was given a 14day turn around time. Took my phone to the Kuruman outlet on the 07 Jan. Job number 8474195. Got a smd on the 14, saying it was booked in at the Kimberley outlet. It took 1 week for a 2.5 hour drive between the cities. I was told all repairs goes to Johannesburg. So the phone is still in transit to Johannesburg, that will take another week. VODACOM..you can do better than that..That is just pathetic that I have to wait 2 weeks and still waiting...
