NO SIGNAL LINE WAS CANCELLED BUT STILL WAS BILLED

GOOD DAY
in April I went to the branch in Brooklyn mall to complaint about no signal at my home after that over the cores of 4 months there was 4 technicians that came to my home testing the signal and said yes there is no signal but still nothing was done about a month ago I went to centurion 8ta to loge a complaint so my account was cancelled but I was billed a cancelation fee of R793.59 I then went back to Gabriel to complaint and to get my money back he called head office and spoke to Nicolas from SOC he said I will get my refund in 7 days that was on the 5 of sep I went there today to fined out way no one has called me yet and way my money is not paid back to my shock he said no there was nothing done about my case he loaded anew case and now I have to wait 7 more days I need this done asap this is very bad service from 8ta
