Account billed incorrect AGAIN

Once again MTN has managed to over charge me on my account! My contract is for R159.00 per month, I pay R200.00 each month so I can be in credit, yet MTN has billed me R239.00! Now is shows I OWE MTN R39.00! Can MTN please use a calculator when calculating and billing people because who ever is doing your accounts clearly DON'T know what they are doing!!! I would like this matter to be sorted out before my next account gets sent to me and i would like a Credit Note for the incorrect billing AGAIN! Now i have to inspect each invoice sent to me to see that MTN accounts department is doing their jobs correctly!
