Poor customer services

When I went to the telkom store at the phoenix plaza on 12 january 2014 1pm which was during offices hours 9 to 4pm on sundays I waitd over 1 hour and the store was open bt no personnel was there yet the sign said open and the stuff was on so was the lights there was no sign sayn what time the staff would be back and I took time off work to make it during office hours but was disapointed and frustrated with the lack of neglience and complete disregard of customers and hope this issue is resolved to avoid further waste of time in the future
