MY DAUGHTER REQUESTED A BROCHURE FROM SHANGRILA SPA IN UMHLATUZANA CHATSWORTH TO BOOK IN FOR A SURPRISE ON MY BIRTHDAY.ON THE BROCHURE THERE WAS A PRICE FOR 75MINUTES OF INTENSE PEDICURE.HOWEVER ON LEAVING ON THE 12/10/2013 REALISED THE PEDICURE WAS NOT 75MINS.I SENT AN E-MAIL ONLY WAS TOLD PEDICURE IS 60MINS AS MISPRINT OF ADVERT.I THEN SENT A MAIL REQUESTING A RESPONSE[TO DATE NOTHING RECEIVED]AS TO WHY THE CLIENT WAS NOT INFORMED WHEN PAYING.IF A BROCHURE WAS E-MAILED SURELY THE MISPRINT WOULD HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED TO NOTIFY THE CLIENT IN ADVANCE.IF I DID NOT QUERY THE TIME WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TOLD.WE PAID FOR 75MINUTES AND NOT 60MIN.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO BACK THERE AS SERVICE IS NOT UP TO STANDARD.
