PATHETIC SERVICE!!! I CANNOT WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME. EVERYONE TRANSFERS ME AND WHEN I HAVE TO RATE THE SERVICE "ZERO" AND "NO" IS NOT VALID OPTIONS. IT SEEMS TO ME THE ONLY VALID OPTION IS WHEN VODACOM COLLECT THEIR MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I SINCERELY HOPE YOU WILL EMPLOY COMPETENT PEOPLE IN FUTURE AND TRAIN THEM PROPERLY BEFORE THEY HELP THE PEOPLE WHOSE MONEY PAY THEIR SALARIES.
