Dear Vodacom Call Centre.
Please note that we all, the clients, the people that assist with the turnover of Vodacom and the people that is the foundation of Vodacom, big or small, all require you to please be friendly, accurate and assist us the best way possible.
I am so fed up being pass from the one person to the other, with African language that is getting use which I buy the way understand, while the one is screaming to the other, and not knowing what to answer the client, and then eventually my call is dropped or I land up, very surprisingly at the "rate our service" computer voice?? Which buy the way also do not work...
Vodacom, you have lost your "mojo" You have lost your human touch and has become to big to handle your income/clients any more like humans.
Shape up your service or be bound to loose clients in a rapped rate!!!
I have had the worst ever service from Vodacom for the past 2 months already. Just when I thought its all back on track, it start again.
I give up on you...
