The people in your Call Center is of NO help.. I am prepared to pay but NOT without a proper account stating the break up for each car and showing how many times I went through the gantries. You must know for what you are paying otherwise they can thumb any amount and you must pay, sorry it cannot work like that. The people of this country cannot just pay money for jam. I phoned your call center and ask Portia to email e a proper account with all the break ups, and she only send me a letter stating the amount. Sorry this is not good enough Please train your people to help the customers properly, because if they don't know how to answer you they just say: " I cant hear you" and then you have to repeat your story over and over again. Its very frustrating to go through all the options as it is not clear when to press which option. Most for the time they tell you they don't have the access to the system to help you with your query and refer you to the next person who also cannot help you. Please train your people to help and on certain of your options nobody answers the phones.
