All I want to do is pay my account.

After two days of spending my time on the phone I have not succeeded in anything accept waist my time.
Just because they are a phone company they think you can spend the whole day on the phone.

After talking to no less than 15 people, the phone was hung up in my ear three times.
After being promised 4 times that I will be phoned back. Still waiting for that call back.

You would think that If you want to terminate you contract by paying off the outstanding balance
a company as big as Vodacom would want their money. But NO...

I will not be making anymore effort to paying off my account.

I feel that I have done enough. Not even management can handle such a simple request.

(Ja "Lindo" I won't cut you off sir.) What kind of a manager are you.

And then they have the audacity to say that they will blacklist me if I don't pay my account.
Give me the correct info and I will pay it.

With Cell C on the market offering such good deals, Vodacom can not afford to loose customers.

Glad that I am no longer a member of the Vodacom group.

Call centres are there for a reason. Make it work or get rid of it.
Train your staff properly.
