TELKOM SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION!!!

I have got a ADSL line with telkom a month boack and it was working fine, but for the past week i cant do anything with it! it is so slow I cant even watch a youtube video!

The package I took is uncapped and unshaped and unthrottled but I cant do anything!

I went in to a branch to complain but nothing was done!
I phoned them and they said they will sort it out but it is still the same!

I logged numerous complaints online, and of coarse haven't heard anything from them!

This is just bad REAL bad service! Should have never used them as my ISP as well! switching to MWEB or afrihost... anywhere else will be better than them!
