Bad Customer Service

After purchasing my goods at Rochester i was promised delivery with 6 to 8 weeks. * weeks being 24/03/2013. After calling and visiting the store my goods were eventually delivered on 6 April 2013. Everything except 1 lounge suite. I was promised the deliver for the 20th - Rochester delivers a single counch only. I have really lost all words to express my frustrations and experience i have had to deal with. Until now i am still waiting for delivery. Bottom line the branches and warehouse have no idea what the other is doing. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER purchase goods from Rochester again after this experience. During all this time the supplier was blamed for the delay - Watch out Alpine, Grafton Everest you reputation is being tarnished by incompetent ppl at Rochester. I receive a call from Mark this morning promising my goods to be delivered by 10. Its past 12 and no goods.
