Early tremination - I'm still paying!!!

August 2012 - I did a early termination on my account and payed the outstanding amount. Sinse then, there have been deductions, repayments, account payments going on, ex, ex. In the meantime I have terminated the contract again but the deductions continue. The store manager and public relations person does not resolve the problem. I am frustrated and dissapointed with the service.
