On 30 December 2013 I requested a once off bolt on 2GB data bundle for our 3G router. Yesterday I notice that the bundle was not loaded as we were running out of data. I called Nashua - it took 30 minutes on the phone and they still could not find the request even though I told them I had a sms confirmation from them. I then looked at our bill and saw the invoice for the bundle. Their client had to tell them what they had done wrong. I then requested management to contact me to discuss this and their continued service provision to our business. Instead I got a call from the agent that I had spoke to on 30 December 2013 apologising for his mistake. Well Done Ashton - You made a human error and took responsibility for it. The same cannot be said for your management they are all still hiding under the covers as I have not heard from them. Disgusting.
