Incompetence to the Nth degree

I applied for a new contract from the store and asked for my existing number to be ported, the agent told m that that can only be done after the contract was activated. Once the contract was activated, he told me that it had to be done before it had been activated and as a result I lost my number and had to use the new number. On the same contract the account was to be under a Business Account, the agent registered the account under the name of the director of the company. On numerous occasions I had taken the documentation they requested to them to correct the situation, to date it has not been corrected. I took out a new contract with them, and again they made an unholy mess of it. This time the billing address has been captured incorrectly. Service is nonexistent and I doubt it will ever be rectified as us consumers have little recourse in these situation. I am sick of listening to their excuses.
