I am not sure if this is the correct department or email address and if not please do reply by providing me with the correct department's details.

I would hereby like to lodge a complaint against Vodacom as I have experienced problems from day one regarding my cell phone contract. This is my first contract with Vodacom and have experienced endless problems regarding my debit order.

I have attached my bank statement and contract for your perusal.

I took out the contract in August already and to date still experiencing problems regarding my debit order. Firstly my debit order did not go off regarding the sim and connection fee and my first monthly subscription as well. I then went back to the store I took the contract out with and asked them to investigate the matter. Besides the fact that the debit order is not going off I realised that Vodacom mixed up the numbers between my wife and myself as we took out our contracts at the same time, she was then getting sms's to say that her account is in arrears as she was using the number issued in store by Makro but when Vodacom activated the number they activated it against my details (Neil Coetzee)
