WRONG INFORMATION RECEIVED

I phoned cell c festival mall to ask if my phone was back from repairs- I handed the phone in on 20/11/2013- the lady said it take 2 to 4 weeks- the reason i called them is because the number i wrote on the repair form is not working- so i spoke to teamo on the 02/12/2013- who told me that the phone was released from repairs and he asked me for the IMEI number that i did not have - so I gave him my cell number-- but still so incompetent- anyway i keep on phoning them back- and still no positive result- so i asked for Lucas the manager- which i have to call back also after he said he will call me back- he told me yesterday the phone is on its way- today he tells me the phone is still with the technicians- so what on earth is happening there- its just my phones battery- the software i updated- i just need a new battery- and it takes forever- even worse with incompetent staff and worse even manager- Please - and I want the phone to be delivered since I wasted my time to go there and it was not there- please understand my frustration
