Cell C when can I expect to receive my iPhone 5

Thinking this was an excellent deal I a Vodacom customer nearing the end of her contract, put my name down for the iPhone 5 16gig contract for R399 per month and decided to switch operators - this deal was applicable to the first 1000 customers. When I signed up I was number 20-something on the list - its been about 2.5 weeks and only 5 people have received their phones. Every time I check with the store they give me a number of different and incoherent stories: first they said they ordered from the supplier but have received no deliveries and cannot say when they will; second time they said they were receiving stock that afternoon, when I later checked apparently the supplier only delivers 2/3 phones each day, based on that fact I then expected to receive my phone within 5 days. I checked again today and they said that only one phone has arrived since I last checked. I have tried in vain to contact head office and customer services, I emailed and texted the Cell C but have received NO replies and NO assistance. I would like to KNOW when I can expect to receive the phone, if at all?
