Cell C Nightmare

About 3 months ago I moved to Cell C and it seems that was one decision I will regret for the next 24 months. I got a Samsung S4 and now barely 3 months later I had to take it in for repairs on 29 October. My suspicion was it was the battery. My frustration is I still dont have my phone, I went to the Cell C shop yesterday and I was told Cell C repair shop is waiting for a new battery. How long does it take Cell C to get a new S4 battery? In the mean time I'm being deprived the benefits of using a smart phone that I'm paying for. Will my subscription be reduced this months since I dont have my phone?
I wish I had stayed with Vodacom, at least I can walk into the repair shop and walk out with my phone the same day or worse I will get a loan smart phone.
Worst combination - Cell C and Samsun!
