Because they have people at their call centre that don't listen when you ask for something i get billed twice? My router was but i only realized it about a day after it got so i got a bit of a surprise when they debited my account. The person that my router made some calls with my simcard. Not a problem because this wasn't their fault but then i asked the consultant for a detailed bill showing all the calls that were made. I got a response with the wrong info they sent my a statement so i had to phone again and ask for a detailed bill which according to the 1st person that helped me would be sent to me at a cost of about R20 which i accepted but seeing as the person didn't send me what i asked for i had to submit a second request and got the statement i was looking for. Question why bill me twice because someone at your offices sent me the wrong info? I know it's only R20 but that's not the point if your employees do this to a 10000 people a month that would amount to an extra R200 000 which for a company like yours is nothing but i think it's a rip-off!
