A couple months ago Trudon contacted me to list my business in the phonebook and mobi site, The sales person gave me the amount payable, and I accepted, after the phone book were published they add an amount to my Telkom bill, what I paid every month. Then Trudon send me an additional bill for the mobisite, It was told by the sales person that there is a monthly bill for one product and a amount just an amount for the other product what I accepted. As I understood was that I would pay a monthly subsrciption for one and a once off for the other product. I kept on sending mail to query this but no response, they did call me after a couple months to sell me an upgrade to what I got instead I told them I need to cancel all subscriptions as I was given the wrong info. Instead they add more money to my monthly bill.
