With all due respect to whomever is replying to this I have come to that point of frustration and trust me to still have the slow non responsive device frustrates me even more I can't handle this any more so best thing is please cancel this contract with immediate effect cause I have been complaining about this contract' device from the 4th month of the contract and today is way too far and it proves and shows cell c is not doing anything to assist.
I am really shocked on how cell c deals with customer care if it was a reputable company like Vodacom they would have never done this, they would have gone the extra mile and do their best and they would followed up till date been with them for 12 years till date.
so please cancel this contract now or I will not pay
