Billing & debit order issue with lack of feedback

Good day.

I received an SMS on Tuesday, 7 Jan at 10:55 notifying me that my account is in arrears. Within a few minutes I paid the amount and sent proof of payment. 24 hours later my lines were softlocked. My problem is as follows:

Firstly, my account has always been paid by debit order. Why wasn't this processed for the end of December 2013? If the debit order was cancelled, I certainly didn't request it and definitely wasn't notified it was done.

Secondly, a payment was made when I received an SMS from Nashuamobile and proof was forwarded to the email address indicated.

Thirdly, the Online Statement Notification indicating the amount due received on 12 December 2013 showed the amount to be R320.57 which is the amount that was paid. If the amount due was in fact R 541.53 then what on earth was the R 320.57?

Please respond as soon as possible; I've been trying for days to get some sort of response from Nashuamobile.
