BAD BAD SERVICE!!!

The incompetence of Cell C is amazing! Iphone faulty! Cell C had the phone for 3 weeks without repairing it. The Cell C branch in Eastgate then could not find the phone. Now I have to delete the device from Icloud and the only way Apple can assist is if I hand them proof that the device is in my name. Cell C cant give me a copy of the contract! But I am PAYING FOR THE DEVICE!!! Cell C also cant give me an account they just deduct monies and I do not know what for!!! I am so amazed at this, the only good thing about Cell C is their advertising! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO CELL C!! NEVER!!!
