Frustration at Continyually Getting Ripped Off

I have raised this a couple of times in the past two years. I have yet again been contacted to say I cam have a reduction on my current contract Talk 240 from R430 per month to R239 per month... the catch is I have to sign a 2 year contract which I do not want to do. I have had the same mobile device for 10 years and have not had a discount in all that time seeing I do not take a new device every two years.

I have had untold calls and correspondence with Vodacom over this matter to no satisfaction.

After this last call it is now time to act. VODACOM MANAGEMENT WHY ARE YOU DISCRIMINATING? Why can I not have this reduced rate without having to sign a 2 year contract? I am not incurring you cost in a new device so why?

Must I now go to the ombudsman?

All my family have moved away from Vodacom do you want me to move now after all this time.

This call I have just received has proven that CELL C ADVERTISING HAS A POINT. DO you now want me to be an advocate of CELL C?
