MTN too big to care about customers

Hi I took out a new contract with MTN today for a Samsung S4 mini with LTE its sad to say that the quality of the MTN network in our area is just a bad as it was years ago. I called out a MTN technician in 2012 who tested the voice and Data network who promised to improve the quality of the network soon. Its a shame that MTN boasts that they have the fastest data network and sell LTE devices but we are still struggling to have a an uninterrupted voice call using the MTN Network. At this day and age its a shame that MTN just does not care enough about customers to provide them with a proper network to make voice calls.
My neighbour spent over R1000 installing a "concentrator/signal booster" device with a large external antenna just to get a good MTN voice and data signal. He is a manager of few of the MTN stores in KZN and even after numerous complaints it seems that MTN just doesn't care. Now he works on the inside and he doesn't seem to be getting anywhere, I hate to think how MTN feels about people (customers) on the outside!!

PS: MTN please don't copy and paste another sad reply from other hellopeter complaint cases if you don't intend assisting sincerely!!
