No Loyalty and NO data service!!

I have complained so many times on Hellopeter about my data service and 8ta personal have been at my house in the past year and a half all saying the same thing! THE SIGNAL IS BAD!! A new tower will be active soon. With the reference nr above after 3 months I just received an sms, case closed, network upgrade will be done in a years time!

IS THAT ALL YOU CAN DO??? NOT EVEN A CALL! NO BOOSTER LIKE OTHER NETWORKS WILL DO!!

So what happened to the loyal customers you want to keep as your motto and business model??

I am not receiving the service I am paying for and I think its time to cancell my contract in my right and NEVER EVER see 8ta again. You loose me once, and you loose me forever. I will also bad mouth you everywhere I go as this is unaccepotable. Sad that your network people can clearly see that there is a major problem in the area and as one said he knows the area well as there is MANY complaints!

SAD, just sad!
