Vodacom cancellations number not working

I called 082 111 to enquire about cancelling my husband's contract since he passed away 2 months ago. The consultant told me to call 082 1958. The number doesn't even ring. it disconnects you before it even starts. Please fix it or contact me, because i dont know how else to try and contact you for help
