6th time phone sent for repairs Cell C

This will be the 6th time i send my hand set in for repair, reapirs take up to a month. Now I have to hand my handset in again after 2weeks because they cant give me a phone that works, All the consultants say is " we understand but polocy sir" They do not understand that i need a phone that works. They also do not want to give me the regional managers number or contact details so I can direct my complaint to him. I think it is disguisting that they expect thier customers to send thier phones in 5 times for repairs! there is no way Iam going to do this. I will not upgrade with them either and its disguisting that they seem it is ok to loose one client, mybe they dont need my busineess. I have been loyal; customer for more than six years with this contract I think the service has dropped and its time to use a Network such as Vodocom.
