I received my cell phone upgrade in 03 May 2012. To date my Blackberry has been in for repairs twice thus far. I have to frequently telephone the branch as the branch consultant does feedback any information regarding my cell repairs.

I was also advised that my airtime will be forfeited within 3 months of not utilising this airtime. I find this totally unacceptable as I am paying for a service which I am not enjoying freely. The customer services and call back stinks, as I have to be calling to find out regarding my hand set repairs. I am currently paying for this service and find it totally unacceptable in the manner that this repair is being handled.

I am now requesting a new hand set as this repairs issue is certainly not working for me. I would also like my BIS reimbursed as I have not utilised this facility that I am not enjoying.
