PATHETIC SERVICE BY MTN CUST SERVICE RE: UPGRADES

My husband went to a local MTN store for our upgrades it was confirmed that we can upgrade, we also checked this on your website ect. he went to upgrade us from top up 100 to mychoice 50 the store said they dont have the Samsung galaxy S3 mini on this package however it is in you booklet, they phoned 808 the gentleman was rather rude to my husband told him if we wanted to upgrade and get the samsung S3 mini on mychoice 50 we would have to pay 550.00 once off and told my husband mtn has taken away top up 100's if you take away top up why must we pay in it is not a downgrade. then this gentleman does even know that mtn has a leaflet and when he gets his brains together he says the booklet is only for new contracts. he then turns around and says we not eligible for upgrade and he is giving the right info he also refuses to let us speak to his manager, please get your facts straight and get this sorted please, I think Ombudsman would like to help us. if you are going down mtn dont think you going to catch your clients with false advertising because that is whats happening here and we will take it further if this is not resolved. not our fault if top up is phased out why penalize us
